Information we collect

When you contact CXN Engineering through the business contact form, we may receive your name, company, work email, phone number, inquiry type and message. When you join the CXN talent network, we may also receive your name, email, location, engineering field, experience level, LinkedIn profile, CV or portfolio link, availability and information about the type of opportunity you are seeking.

How we use information

We use business-contact information to evaluate and respond to inquiries and communicate about CXN Engineering services. Candidate information is used to understand professional profiles, assess potential fit for current or future opportunities and contact candidates about roles or assignments that may be relevant. We do not use website-submitted information for unrelated advertising.

Form processing

Business contact-form and talent-network submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form delivery provider. Information submitted through these forms is transmitted to Formspree for processing and delivery to CXN Engineering. Formspree's own terms and privacy practices also apply to that processing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies, and it does not embed social-media tracking scripts. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are added later, consent will be requested before activation where required.

Data retention

Business inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. Talent-network profiles may be retained for up to 24 months so that CXN Engineering can consider candidates for relevant future opportunities, unless the candidate requests earlier deletion or a longer period is required by applicable law or an active recruitment process.

Third-party links

This website links to services such as LinkedIn. Once you follow an external link, the privacy practices of that third party apply.

Your choices

You may contact info@cxnengineering.com to ask about personal information submitted through this website, or to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements. Candidates may also use careers@cxnengineering.com for requests related to their talent-network profile.
